                                                      Exercise

 

       Exercise is a good thing. You should exercise every day. There

are several reasons why you should exercise. First, it make a good

health with out sickness. Second, it make a good shape because it

help to burn fat. Third, it help to decrease the strain since it will run

Endorphins which make you happily, so you will feel relax. Finally,

it help to sleep because it make you tried. In conclusion, the exercise

have several benefit, so you should not neglet it.
